Women's Wellness Walk & Talk

Brand new for 2024 is my Women's Wellness Walk & Talk! This event is open for all women who are looking to connect with other women in nature and feel the benefits of sisterhood and community. This is perfect for anyone who wishes to take a day out to explore and to look after herself; with the bonus of a pub stop along the way! The aim of this day is to allow women to feel safe as they discuss and chat away amongst themselves, without judgement or fear.

This is a lovely 4 mile circular trail near Chetwynd Aston in Shropshire, exploring the surrounding gently rolling countryside, following tracks and paths through arable farmland and woodland, making for a peaceful journey with lovely views throughout.
